6. Treat Your Face Gently. Never pull, tug, or scrub your facial skin. Be very tame when you clean it, moisturize it or makeup on it. This will lessen the probability that you’ll harm your skin and get wrinkles.

7. Eat Healthy. Believe it or not, what you eat will finally show on your face! Eat fresh foods and drink a large total of water.

8. Let Go Of Stress. Do whatsoever you have to do to destress. Stress may show up on your face, no matter how well you take care of your skin. Do something your get enjoyment from everyday, possibly going for a walk, cycle, shopping, etc. Your face reflects what’s going on inside of your mind.
