Excellent product for very thick hair

I’ve read all the reviews, good and bad, for B’Leave In. Actually, all of them are correct. When I first tried the product, I hated it. It didn’t seem to do a thing for my hair, and my hair felt dry and dirty. I then read the book written by the line’s creator (very good, by the way), and realized I hadn’t been using it correctly.

You need to use a LOT of this product, and you need to use it on wet (not damp) hair. You apply at least a quarter-sized glob to the underside of the hair at the back of your head. Then do the same for the outerside of the back, the sides, and the front/top. Those amounts are approximate based on my short, very thick, very dry hair.

Once I started using the correct amount, the improvement in my hair was dramatic. It took care of my intense frizz, while leaving the curl looking beautiful.

With all products for curly hair, you need to experiment to find the ones that work best for you. All I can say is that I love B’Leave In, and love what it does for my very thick, very coarse hair.

Love it….now

I recently got the “big chop” on my mid-waist naturally kinky dry hair. I have been using Devacurl NoPoo and Devacurl One-condition for almost a year and I love both. I tried Deva ArcAngel when my hair was long and I hated it so much I gave the whole bottle to my daughter. Last week my stylist(thanks Evan), cut my hair very short using the Deva method. After cutting he washed and conditioned with deva and then he applied B’Leave- in and ArcAngel. Dried under a hood dryer and then flipped my head over and ran his fingers through my roots breaking apart the curls. It was beautiful. I bought a bottle of ArcAngel from him and B’Leave-in online. I was scared to death that my hair wouldn’t turn out like at the salon. I was wrong! My hair is beautiful. I am finally happy with my hair. It looks in such good shape and is shiny. I use a diffuser and never use a comb or brush. I know I’ve spent $1000.00 on products over the years and have NEVER achieved the results I’ve wanted. I have now. Just remember to used on WET hair. Before I get out of the shower I rewet my hair and apply B’Leave and ArcAngel. I then use a microfiber cloth and lay it over my head and press down just enough to remove drips. I then use my fingers and place the curls where I want them. Diffuse then ruffle dry hair with fingers. I continually get compliments on my hair. Love this stuff!!

Best product I’ve found for my curly hair

This is the only leave-in conditioner that I use on my hair. I have tried many brands and paid a lot of money for the really expensive varieties only to be disappointed and out of money. Deva Curl products are the only products that work for my hair leaving curls defined and soft. Plus, it’s one of the lesser expensive but high end hair product I’ve found and have been so satisfied with. I also recommend the conditioning cleanser and the conditioner. So far, the prices I’ve found on Amazon.com for the larger version of this product is better than the beauty supply stores and salons I go to purchase this product.
